Level 1, 2, & 3 and Master's Certification Program
Restoration professionals face a growing
challenge in disaster mediation. Many homes now contain high-dollar
electronics in the form of big screen TV’s, home theatre, PC’s and
more. Virtually every business large or small has computers and
networks. The mitigation specialist must know how to properly clean
and restore this equipment without further damage, loss of data,
and disruption to networks.
To assist the restoration professional with the high tech challenge, ART has created three courses, Level I,2,3 with a Masters Level to thoroughly train the restoration technician in the practice of restoring electronics and machinery. Starting with residential insurance losses involving TV’s, PC’s, home theatre and moving on to commercial losses involving computer networks, phone systems, manufacturing machinery and more, these courses will provide the technician with techniques to address fire, smoke, water, and other contamination of equipment. These practical techniques do not requirespecialized or high-dollar equipment, but rather teach cleaning utilizing standard equipment that is already available at any restoration company.
Currently courses are being offered across the country each quarter. Additionally, special sessions may be held in conjunction with various industry conferences such as PLRB, RIMS, etc. If your company(or companies) has enough students, it may be possible to schedule training on-site at your facilites. Lead Referral Program
ART trained CTR companies may become eligible for our referral and affiliate program. ART clients range from large to small across the country. At times a client may require an immediate response from a local restoration professional for both high tech and facilities emergency services. These clients contact ART who in turn may designate a "first responder" that is the most geographically viable for swift response. These responders should posses at least a Level II trained staff member, and have pre-qualified with ART to be eligible for assignment For more information about our CTR referral program, please contact us at: CTRprogram@disasterhelp.com
